작품 제목: L씨의 꿈 (1)Title: Dream of Mr. Lee L씨의 꿈이종빈 http://www.busanbiennale.org/sub01/05_fix.php?no=685amp;cat_no=703amp;seq=101310amp;type=2amp;year=2004amp;type2=3amp;type3=amp;page=2L씨의 꿈작가는 인체 표현에 있어 사실 재현적이며 수학적·기계적 비례를 따르고 있지 않다. 말하자면 작가는 한 인물의 외면적 사실을 재현하기보다는 그 인물의 내면적 진실을 표현하고자 한다. 따라서 자세가 경직돼 있고, 머리는 지나치게 크고, 시선은 불명확하다. 또한 오른손은 무지개색의 조각을 움켜쥐고 있는데, 그 자세가 굳어있고 집착적이다. 인물의 오른손이 움켜쥐고 있는 무지개는 ‘꿈’을 상징한다. 놓치지 않으려고 불끈 쥐고 있는 그 ‘꿈’은 시대흐름에 재빠르게 대처하고 요령껏 살아가며 일확천금을 노리는 사람의 꿈이기보다는, 주어진 삶 속에서 편법을 모르며 고지식하고 정직하게 살아가는 이 시대의 대부분 사람들의 평범한 꿈일 것이다. That is, the artist tries to express the internal truth of a person, not the external facts of a person. Therefore, the work has rigid posture, too big a head, and unclear gazes. Moreover, his left hand holds tightly a piece with rainbow color and it also shows rigidity and obsessiveness. The rainbow that his right hand has in its grip symbolizes quot;dreamquot;.
